Visitor Experience & Public Engagement

Museums AND VISITOR ATTRACTIONS

The Imperial War Museum, Museum of London, The Cutty Sark, The Wellcome Collection, ZSL, Historic Royal Palaces and The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust have used our expertise and insight to create engaging environments and compelling activities for school students, teachers and the wider public. From the use of video by primary students to outreach activities for children with special educational needs, we explore what is most effective in bringing the visit to life, creating learning opportunities and assess the longer term value that these organisations can deliver to their target audiences.

Festivals AND EVENTS

Festilife is our insight driven approach to understanding consumer behaviour at events. It explores visitor motivations, social behaviour and impact drivers prior, during and post event. We have successfully used this approach with museum exhibitions at National Museums Scotland and National Maritime Museum Cornwall and public events including Universities Week, Parliament Week and The Festival of Curiosity.

PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT

We work with universities, funding and coordinating bodies in the higher education to understand the value and impact of their outreach and public engagement activities. These include the University's of Bristol, Liverpool John Moores, Bath, Kent, Queen Mary, Exeter and Sheffield as well as RCUK, UUK, NCCPE and STFC.
