Museums AND VISITOR ATTRACTIONS
The Museum of London, The Cutty Sark, The Wellcome Collection, ZSL, Historic Royal Palaces and The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust have used our expertise and insight to create engaging environments and compelling activities for pupils, teachers and the wider public. From the use of video by primary students to outreach activities for children with special educational needs, we explore what is most effective in bringing the visit to life and assess the longer term value that these organisations can deliver to their target audiences.
Festivals AND EVENTS
Festilife is our insight driven approach to understanding consumer behaviour at festivals. It explores visitor motivations, rituals, social behaviour and key drivers of consumption prior, during and post festival. Festilife is based on multiple layers of rich qualitative feedback from festival-goers. We have successfully used this approach with public events such as Universities Week, Parliament Week and The Festival of Curiosity.
We specifically work with universities and other bodies in the higher education sector to understand the value and impact of their public engagement activities. The University's of Exeter and Sheffield along with cross institutional organisations Universities UK, SEPnet and the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement.
